You buy an outcome: a model that beats the baseline stated in your SOW on a held-out eval suite. Our pipeline enforces that gate mechanically — a run that misses it does not package and does not ship. The refund policy simply follows the same logic.
Cancel any time before your dataset passes Ingest validation: full refund, no questions. If validation reveals the data cannot support the agreed objective (too few labels, unusable quality), we tell you so and refund in full.
If, after the iterations included in your package, the final run still fails the stated baseline gate, you choose: (a) a full refund of the package fee, keeping the data-prep artifacts and eval reports for your own use, or (b) applying the full fee as credit toward a different template or approach.
Once a run passes its gate and the packaged model is delivered, the engagement is complete and fees are earned. Hosted-endpoint fees, where applicable, are refundable pro-rata for unused full months.
Quarterly retainers may be cancelled effective at the end of the current quarter. Unused scheduled re-trains in the current quarter are refunded at the per-re-train rate in your SOW.
Email billing@futuremodelsystems.com from an account-owner address with the SOW number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
