1. Who we are

Future Model Systems, Inc. ("FMS", "we") operates futuremodelsystems.com — a managed model-training platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. For questions or requests, contact privacy@futuremodelsystems.com.

2. What we collect

3. Why we process it

To deliver the service you contracted (running training engagements and operating your console), to bill for it, to secure the platform, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Your training data

Datasets you upload are used solely to execute your engagement: validation, preparation, training and evaluation of your models. We do not train models for other clients on your data, and we do not use your data to build FMS-owned models. Datasets are stored encrypted at rest, access-controlled to the engineers assigned to your engagement, and deleted or returned per your data processing agreement (DPA) at the end of the engagement.

5. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors necessary to run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing), each bound by data-protection terms; with authorities where the law requires; and in a change-of-control event, subject to this policy. The current subprocessor list is available on request.

6. Retention & your rights

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Training data follows the retention schedule in your DPA. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data — write to privacy@futuremodelsystems.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging on every pipeline event, and per-organization isolation of datasets and artifacts. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@futuremodelsystems.com.

8. Changes

We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify account owners by email before they take effect.
